    What You Need

Our Thermomix Cream Cheese & Sweet Chilli Dip is made using just 5 tasty, flavour packed ingredients!

Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for the ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

The ingredients for cream cheese dip.
    • Cheese - choose cheddar or tasty cheese and finely grate in the Thermomix.
    • Cream Cheese - use a block of cream cheese (such as Philly brand) and bring to room temperature before using. I recommend using full fat cream cheese for the best possible taste and texture, however, you can use light cream cheese if you prefer.
    • Mayonnaise - I recommend using whole egg mayonnaise for the best, creamiest flavour.
    • Sweet Chilli Sauce - add extra depending on your taste preference!
    • Spring Onions - chop finely before using.

    Step By Step Instructions

Our 3 step Thermomix Cream Cheese & Sweet Chilli Dip will be ready to serve in under 5 mintues!

Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for the ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

Step 1 - Grate The Cheese

Place the cheese into the Thermomix bowl and mix to grate.

TIP: Even if you're using store-bought pre-grated cheese, it's best to grate it again in the Thermomix to make it finer in texture.
