If you're after a refreshing cocktail then our Thermomix Strawberry Vodka Slushies are for you! They're quick and easy to prepare PLUS they taste AMAZING!!
Whether you've got friends over or are just making yourself a yummy drink, this will be ready in just a couple of minutes! Simply pop the ingredients into the Thermomix, blitz them together, pour and serve. Too easy, right!?
And of course, you can totally substitute the frozen strawberries for any other frozen fruit you like! Blueberries, mangoes and mixed berries all work beautifully!

Thermomix Strawberry Vodka Slushies
Equipment
- Thermomix
Ingredients
- 200 g frozen strawberries
- 200 g ice
- 80 g vodka
- 100 g lemonade
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix on Speed 9, 30 seconds.Scrape down the sides and mix for a further 15 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and similar to sorbet in texture.
- Serve immediately with fresh strawberries.
Notes
- Ensure that you're using frozen strawberries (not fresh). This is important for getting that classic slushy texture!
- Use sugar-free lemonade for a lower calorie option.
- Substitute the strawberries for other varieties or berries or even mango!
- Substitute the vodka for white rum for something a little different.
- Serve immediately - while the cocktail is still frozen!

If making it a virgin, should I add the same amount of water as it calls for vodka or just omit?

I recommend using clear lemonade (like Schweppes) but any brand is fine!
