- Avocado - use a large, ripe avocado
- Greek yoghurt - choose a thick, good quality greek yoghurt. Alternatively, you can substitute the greek yoghurt for sour cream or natural yoghurt.
- Lime juice - use fresh lime juice or bottled store-bought lime juice.
- Garlic powder - fine dried garlic powder.
- *Salt - to season.

Step 1 - Mix
Place the avocado, greek yoghurt, lime juice, garlic powder and salt into the Thermomix bowl.
Mix for 10 seconds.
Taste and season with extra salt/lime juice if needed.
Serve immediately for a chunky dip or mix for a further 10-20 seconds for a smooth dip.

Thermomix Creamy Avocado Dip

Ingredients
- 1 avocado large and ripe
- 70 g greek yoghurt thick
- 5 g lime juice or more to taste
- pinch garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the halved avocado into the Thermomix bowl. Add the greek yoghurt, lime juice, garlic powder and salt.
- Mix for 10 seconds, Speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix for a further 10 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add extra lime juice and salt if needed.
- Serve immediately.
