What You Need
Our simple and delicious frozen Thermomix Raspberry Gin Cocktail requires just a few ingredients:

- frozen raspberries - frozen raspberries (not fresh) are required to give this cocktail it's chilled, frozen texture.
- lemon juice - fresh or bottled lemon juice is fine to use.
- caster sugar - we recommend using caster sugar as it dissolves easily when mixed with the other ingredients.
- gin - us your favourite gin or substitute with vodka, Bacardi or Malibu.
- soda water - or substitute with lemonade or tonic water if you prefer.
- fresh mint leaves - to garnish, optional
Step By Step Instructions
This sweet and fruity cocktail could not possibly be any easier to make!
Simply add all of the ingredients to the Thermomix bowl.
Then mix on Speed 8 until combined.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

- serve immediately - this Thermomix Raspberry Gin cocktail is best served chilled.
- substitute the frozen raspberries with frozen strawberries if you prefer.
- if you only have fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to the Thermomix when mixing.
- soda water can be substituted with tonic water or lemonade.
- gin can be substituted with vodka, Malibu or Bacardi if you prefer.
- This recipe can be doubled as long as you don't exceed the MAX line. If doubling the recipe, you will need to mix for slightly longer.

Yes absolutely! But you will need to add some ice cubes to the Thermomix bowl before crushing (otherwise the cocktail will lose it's frozen texture).

Absolutely - use a blender instead.
If you'd like a more bitter tasting cocktail, you can omit the sugar. Alternatively, if you'd like the sweetness of sugar but without the calories, omit the sugar and replace the soda water with sugar-free lemonade.

No problem - simply replace the lemon juice with lime juice.

- Thermomix
Ingredients
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 30 g caster sugar
- 40 g lemon juice
- 100 g gin
- 300 g soda water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 20 seconds, Speed 8 or until well combined.
- Pour into serving glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
