Calories:
Ingredients
- 250 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 395 g can condensed milk
- 3 tbs chocolate sauce
- 500 g Baileys Irish Cream
- chocolate squares, for serving
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl (except for the chocolate squares).
- Mix on Speed 4, 30 seconds or until just combined.
- Add chocolate squares to your serving glasses, pour in the cocktail and enjoy!
Notes
Please note: you don't want to 'whip' the cream as the mixture will become curdled. Start your Thermomix on Speed 2 and slowly increase to Speed 4. If you notice this happening, turn the speed back down and continue to mix until just combined. If your mixture does appear curdled, simply pour it through a sieve and then allow the drained liquid to settle. Scrape any excess off the top with a spoon.
You can omit the coffee granules if you like (but they give a great Espresso-style taste!)

Hi Lisa, it's a super sweet thick drink and makes about 1 litre so you'll get quite a few drinks out of it!!! I like to serve it over ice. xx
Barb says
I wish someone had told me that this was going to be sickly sweet, could only just drink one and only after we added ice cubes, wouldnt make it again thats for sure
