If you're looking for a deliciously rich chocolate sauce... this is the recipe for you! Thick, fudgy and flavoured with Baileys Irish Cream (use store-bought or our famous homemade Thermomix Baileys recipe).

Our Thermomix Baileys Sauce makes a perfect gift for family or friends - but be sure to make yourself an extra batch to keep all for yourself!

Why You're Going To Love This Recipe

    • Quick & Easy - from start to finish, this sauce will be ready to serve in just 15 minutes!
    • Made from pantry staples - apart from the Baileys Irish Cream, this recipe is made using basic ingredients you may already have at home.
    • Versatile - pour it over ice-cream, puddings, brownies, cakes and more!
    • Lasts for 1 week - store in a sterilised jar for up to 1 week.
    • The perfect gift - give bottles of homemade Thermomix Baileys Chocolate Sauce to friends and family at Christmas or add a bottle to a food hamper to make it that little bit extra special!

    What You Need

Our Thermomix Baileys Chocolate Sauce is made using 6 ingredients:

The ingredients for chocolate Baileys fudge sauce.
    • dark chocolate - choose a good quality dark cooking chocolate (like Nestle or Cadbury)
    • cream - use thickened cream or pouring cream (not whipped cream)
    • brown sugar - light or dark brown sugar can be used. Dark brown sugar will result in a richer caramel flavour
    • golden syrup - if you can't buy golden syrup, you can use rice malt syrup or corn syrup instead
    • butter - use salted or unsalted butter
    • Baileys Irish Cream - use store-bought Baileys Irish Cream or make your own.

You say that this sauce 'makes a perfect gift for family and friends'. I call BS on this. My family and friends are not getting any. This is going straight in my belly. I'll most likely drink it straight from the bottle. Yum! Thank you so much for this. I can not wait!
