Our Thermomix Lemon Herb Chicken recipe is the easiest way to cook a whole chicken in the Thermomix, resulting in the most tender fall-apart meat.
One of the best features of the Thermomix (in my opinion!) is it's ability to perfectly steam meat, seafood and veggies!
By steaming a whole chicken using the Varoma, you'll end up with the most incredibly soft (not tough or chewy!!) meat.
Serve it with our simple apple coleslaw or our creamy quinoa and vegetable bake.
