Now that the countdown to summer is well and truly started, I'm really trying to eat better and cut down on the sweet treats - crazy I know! I regularly find myself searching for something sweet and usually chocolatey a couple of hours after lunch, and these Thermomix Healthy Choc Bliss Balls are the perfect guilt free treat which help satisfy those cravings.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can really add what ever ingredients you have in your pantry. I've made these Choc Bliss Balls in the past with coconut, dried cranberries and even sunflower seeds.
They are also a great treat for the kids and you can simply leave the nuts out to make them school lunch box friendly.

Ethel Shaw says
What is LSA mix?...needed for the Bliss balls.
Lucy says
Hi Ethel, LSA is a blend of ground linseeds (flax seeds), sunflower seeds, and almonds that you can buy in a packet (either in the health food or the nuts aisle in your supermarket).
Jessica Tadman says
It’s there a calorie count for these balls so I can put them in my fit bit etc?
Lauren Matheson says
Hi Jessica, no there isn't I'm sorry x
Royce says
Tried recipe to the letter. Doesn't work. Too dry, can't roll into balls. All thermomix does is blitz, no liquid in mix to help "clumping".
Lauren Matheson says
Hi Royce, I'm sorry to hear the recipe wasn't as you expected. The size/moisture of the medjool dates can impact the consistency. If you find it a little dry, just add a tablespoon or two of water.
