Place the halved avocado into the Thermomix bowl. Add the greek yoghurt, lime juice, garlic powder and salt.
Mix for 10 seconds, Speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix for a further 10 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add extra lime juice and salt if needed.
Serve immediately.

For a smooth dip, mix for longer. For a chunkier dip, mix for less time.

If storing the avocado dip, add a thin layer of lime/lemon juice over the top to stop it from browning and then press a sheet of plastic wrap directly on top
Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days
