Our Thermomix 3 Ingredient Easter Egg Fudge is made with creamy white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and Easter eggs... the perfect Easter recipe!

    pieces of white fudge.

It's no secret that I love making batches of fudge in my Thermomix - from our famous Caramel Fudge recipe to our decadent Peppermint Crisp Fudge (and SO many more!). And this 3 ingredient Easter-inspired fudge recipe is simply delicious.

It takes just a few minutes to prepare our Thermomix 3 Ingredient Easter Egg Fudge - which means that the hardest part is waiting for it to set!

Why You're Going To Love This Recipe

There's a lot to love about our Thermomix 3 Ingredient Easter Egg Fudge!

    • Just 3 Ingredients - our super easy Easter fudge is made using just white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and Easter eggs.
    • 15 Minutes Prep Time - it's so quick and easy to prepare our white chocolate fudge! Have it chilling in the fridge in just 15 minutes.
    • Mix & Match - use any of your favourite mini Easter eggs (speckled eggs, solid eggs, creme eggs etc).
    • Suitable For All Thermomix Models - this recipe can be made in any of the Thermomix models.

    What You Need

    Just 3 ingredients!

Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

    The ingredients for fudge.
    • White Chocolate - use a good quality white chocolate (such as Lindt, Cadbury or Nestle)
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk - use full fat (not skim) condensed milk as it sets firmer. I recommended using Nestle brand for best results.
    • Mini Eggs - I like to use Speckled Eggs as they give a bright, colourful look to the fudge! However, if you prefer you can use any mini eggs you like (such as Caramilk, creme eggs, Top Deck etc).

    Step By Step Instructions

It couldn't be easier to make our Thermomix 3 Ingredient Easter Egg Fudge!

Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

Step 1 - Grate The Chocolate

Place the chocolate into the Thermomix bowl.

Step 3 - Pour Into The Tin

Working quickly (as the fudge will start to set very quickly), pour the fudge into the prepared tin.

Decorate with your favourite mini Easter eggs.

    Expert Tips

    • This is a soft fudge recipe, so I like to give it as long as possible in the fridge to 'set' (preferably overnight).
    • Make sure you use a good quality white chocolate when making this recipe.
    • You can use different type/brand of mini Easter Eggs if you prefer. You will need one pack.
    • This fudge is best stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

    FAQs

Where can you buy speckled eggs?

Speckled eggs are available at the supermarket (brands such as M&Ms, Darrell Lea, Cadbury etc).

Can I use any Easter eggs I like?

Yes you can! Some of my favourite combinations are mini Caramilk eggs, Creme Eggs and Top Deck eggs.

    Can I freeze this fudge?

Yes, you can freeze this recipe for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost in the fridge before consuming.

Is this a firm or soft fudge?

This is a very soft fudge and needs to be stored in the fridge until you're ready to eat it.

Great recipe! Although you should specify which chocolate to use. I used Plaistowe cooking chocolate and I couldn’t pour the chocolate out, I had to scape it all because it was setting whilst cooking.
Next time I’ll try normal eating chocolate for it!
      Still tastes fine though ☺️
