What You Need
Just 3 ingredients!
Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.
- White Chocolate - use a good quality white chocolate (such as Lindt, Cadbury or Nestle)
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - use full fat (not skim) condensed milk as it sets firmer. I recommended using Nestle brand for best results.
- Mini Eggs - I like to use Speckled Eggs as they give a bright, colourful look to the fudge! However, if you prefer you can use any mini eggs you like (such as Caramilk, creme eggs, Top Deck etc).

Great recipe! Although you should specify which chocolate to use. I used Plaistowe cooking chocolate and I couldn’t pour the chocolate out, I had to scape it all because it was setting whilst cooking.
Next time I’ll try normal eating chocolate for it!
Still tastes fine though ☺️
