- Banana - for the best and creamiest smoothie, use frozen banana. Alternatively, you can use fresh banana.
- Strawberries - use fresh or frozen strawberries.
- Milk - use any variety of milk you like. Personally, I like almond milk, but soy, dairy or coconut milk are also great options.
- Rolled Oats - or quick oats.
- Ice Cubes - for mixing.

Step 1 - Mix
Place all of the ingredients into a clean and dry Thermomix bowl.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2 - Serve
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

- 250 g milk any type of milk
- 4 ice-cubes
- 100 g frozen banana chopped
- 50 g frozen strawberries sliced
- 10 g rolled oats or quick oats

- Place all of your ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 2 minutes, Speed 9.
- Serve immediately.
