    FAQs

Is roti the same as naan?

While similar, they are not the same. Naan is thicker than roti (which is very thin). Roti forms large bubbles when cooked unlike naan which is much more dense.

    Where does roti originate?

Roti is a popular Indian dish. It is served with curries, vegetables, rice and dip.

Can I make roti without using a Thermomix machine?

Yes you can. Use a conventional method recipe, such as this one.

Hi Evelyn, I haven't tried cooking these in the oven so I'm not certain what the best temperature/time would be.

How do I use them after freezing. Do they need heating or just being allowed to thaw? Thanks
