This was fantastic, so light and so easy to make. Puffed up perfectly. Once cooked i spread melted garlic butter over them which was delicious. Will never buy store bought again. Thanks for the recipe.

Keen to try these.. do you think I could have the recipe?
Thanks so much!
Lucy says
Absolutely!
Sharna says
I think you should amend the recipe times you have noted. I read the top, says total time is 25 mins with a prep time of 10 mins, perfect! I thought.
So I grabbed the ingredients and started to put them in as I needed to make them asap. Only to realise once all of the ingredients were already in the bowl that there is also a proving time of 1 hour.
It would have been great if the prep time included this time.
Lucy says
I'll add this in now! Thanks Sharna!

Hi There, how would I make these ahead of time please? i would love to rise them then perhaps keep aside until they are ready for frying? I'm wondering if they will lose their rise? Thanks so much. 🙂

Hi Karina, you sure can!! Once you've made the dough you can place it into the fridge for up to 1 day. When you're ready to fry them, simply remove the dough from the fridge, roll out and fry.
