Tips for Fluffy Pancakes every time!
- For the FLUFFIEST pancakes, let the pancake batter rest for 15 - 20 minutes before cooking. This step is not essential, but it's certainly worth it!
- Select a medium/low temperature on your stove. As these pancakes rise, you want to cook over a low heat to ensure they cook evenly throughout.
- Don't over mix the batter!
- Add a little butter/oil between cooking each pancake.
- For best results, I like to use ghee or unsalted butter to grease my frying pan.
- You can freeze these pancakes.
- If you don't have a Thermomix, you can find conventional cooking instructions for this recipe here.

Hi, I'm planning on making these tomorrow, but I have a question. Is the amount of baking powder correct? Thank you, Flavia

Yes

These are the BEST pancakes I have had in my whole life (I am 62!) . In the next batch I added a mashed banana, only because it was overripe and needed to be used in something, and made the batter into mini banana pikelets. This recipe is now my go to every Saturday morning breakfast as it is very yummy, easy and not time consuming. Great work ladies!!

I added two pinches of salt and only 2 teaspoons of baking powder, also added a little more milk (about 50 gr). They came out great, not too thick and not too thin. Thank you for recipe.

This recipe is amazing! Our 16yo grandson who is a bit of a pancake connoisseur ate the whole batch! I didn’t have time for the mixture to sit for 20mins but 10mins was enough. A great, easy recipe. Thank you. I have shared this recipe already. 😋👍🏻

Hi, we have made these twice and both times they are thin and not fluffy. We follow the recipe and we aren’t sure where we are going wrong. Still tasty though.
Catherine says
You mixed up the baking powder and sugar,
One tablespoon of baking powder is too much!
Paola says
Is this right? How much baking powder should it be?
