Zucchini Slice

Zucchini Slice Feature
Making Zucchini Slice is such a breeze when you have a Thermomix. You can make a classic version by using ham or bacon, or you can go a little bit fancy and use prosciutto instead. Zucchini Slice is one of my favourite things to have for lunch. I always have heaps of it individually wrapped in the freezer so I can grab it out and reheat it for a quick and easy lunch. And as we all know, Zucchini Slice is quite possibly the best way ever to smuggle in some extra vegetables to your families lunch or dinner!

  1. Hi Lucy,
I just attempted this amazing recipe and omg the aroma floating through my house right now is divine!! I cooked it in my oven for 40 minutes however when I sliced it up and plated it, it looked uncooked and feels quite moist and sticky. It currently has a perfect semi golden colour on top and i am worried i will overcook it if i put it back in. Do you have any suggestions? Should I cover it with foil?
