    The ingredients for Thermomix Chocolate Baileys Cocktail.
    • Milk - I recommend using full cream milk for the richest result, however, you can use skim milk if you prefer.
    • Chocolate Topping - or chocolate syrup. This is used both in the cocktail itself and for drizzling in the cocktail glass for decoration.
    • Vodka - any brand of vodka you like can be used.
    • Baileys Irish Cream - use store-bought Baileys or make your own homemade Baileys using our recipe.
    • Grated Chocolate - for decroating

    Step By Step Instructions

    You'll be sipping on our Thermomix chocolate martini cocktail in just 2 minutes!

    Step 1 - Mix

    Place all of the ingredients (plus ice cubes) into the Thermomix bowl.

    Ice cubes and liquid in a Thermomix.

    Mix for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

    Chocolate liquid in a Thermomix.

    Step 2 - Serve

    Drizzle extra chocolate topping onto the sides of your serving glasses.

    Pour the cocktail into the glasses.

    Grate the chocolate over the top and serve immediately.

    Expert Tips

    Our Thermomix Chocolate Baileys Cocktail is so incredibly easy to make!

    • you can use any brand of chocolate topping or syrup you like
    • drizzle a little extra chocolate topping inside your serving glasses for an impressive effect
    • if you don't have a Thermomix, you can use a high powered blender instead
    • this recipe can be doubled or tripled - just ensure that you do not exceed the MAX line. If doubling/tripling, you will need to mix the cocktail for slightly longer
    • finely grate chocolate over the top of the cocktails just before serving
    • this cocktail should be consumed immediately - it is not suitable for storing or freezing

    Equipment

    • Thermomix

    Ingredients

    • 200 g ice cubes
    • 60 g milk
    • 40 g chocolate topping or syrup
    • 60 g Baileys Irish Cream
    • 60 g vodka
    • 10 g grated chocolate to decorate
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl (except for the grated chocolate). 
      Mix for 30 seconds, Speed 4, or until combined.
    • Drizzle extra chocolate topping around the edge of your serving glasses (optional).
    • Divide the cocktail between the serving glasses and grate over chocolate.

        Hi Lisa, it's a super sweet thick drink and makes about 1 litre so you'll get quite a few drinks out of it!!! I like to serve it over ice. xx

      I wish someone had told me that this was going to be sickly sweet, could only just drink one and only after we added ice cubes, wouldnt make it again thats for sure
