Our Thermomix Chocolate Baileys Cocktail is the ultimate naughty treat! It's creamy, it's chocolatey and it's oh-so-good. This makes the perfect party starter (or late night treat!).
Thermomix Chocolate Baileys Cocktail

- Thermomix
Ingredients
- 200 g ice cubes
- 60 g milk
- 40 g chocolate topping or syrup
- 60 g Baileys Irish Cream
- 60 g vodka
- 10 g grated chocolate to decorate
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl (except for the grated chocolate). Mix for 30 seconds, Speed 4, or until combined.
- Drizzle extra chocolate topping around the edge of your serving glasses (optional).
- Divide the cocktail between the serving glasses and grate over chocolate.

Hi Lisa, it's a super sweet thick drink and makes about 1 litre so you'll get quite a few drinks out of it!!! I like to serve it over ice. xx

I wish someone had told me that this was going to be sickly sweet, could only just drink one and only after we added ice cubes, wouldnt make it again thats for sure
