    What You Need

Just 5 ingredients are needed to make our Thermomix Peppermint Crisp & Cherry Ripe Balls!

Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

    • Arnott's Choc Ripple biscuits - popular here in Australia! Alternatively, substitute for any other plain chocolate biscuit.
    • Chocolate Bars - I recommend using a combination of Cherry Ripe bars and Peppermint Crisp bars. Alternatively, you can use just the one variety and double the amount.
    • Coconut - use dry dessicated coconut for the mixture and also extra for coating the balls.
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk - use full fat (not light or skim sweetened condensed milk).
