- White Chocolate - choose a good quality white chocolate such as Cadbury, Lindt, Nestle or Hersheys.
- Christmas M&Ms - These red and green M&Ms can be bought from the supermarket in the lead up to Christmas. If you can't find the special Christmas packs of M&Ms, you can simply use the red and green M&Ms from a regular pack.
- Mini Malteser Reindeers - These reindeer shaped chocolates are made by Mars and can be purchased from the supermarket or grocer before Christmas.
Step By Step Instructions

Step 1 - Melt The Chocolate
Grate the chocolate in the Thermomix and then melt until smooth and creamy.
Step 2 - Add The Reindeers
Spread the melted chocolate across the prepared baking tray.
Add the mini Malteser reindeers.
Step 3 - Sprinkle With M&Ms
Add the red and green M&Ms and chill in the fridge until set.

As the white chocolate is the main ingredient in the recipe, ensure you use a good quality brand (such as Hersheys, Cadbury, Lindt etc).
Simply use the red and green M&Ms from a regular packet of M&Ms.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within a week.
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Allow to defrost in the fridge before consuming. Note: the M&Ms will lose some of their colour once frozen and defrosted.

Thermomix White Chocolate and Maltesers Christmas Bark
Equipment
- Thermomix
Ingredients
- 200 g white chocolate
- 100 g red & green Christmas M&Ms
- 8 mini Malteser reindeers
Instructions
- Line a flat baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Place the white chocolate into your Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds, Speed 8. Melt for 4 minutes, 50 degrees, Speed 2 or until melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking tray and move the tray around to get a thin layer of chocolate.
- Place the mini Malteser reindeers onto the melted chocolate and sprinkle the M&Ms over the top.
- Place the tray into the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
- Remove from the fridge and cut or break into large pieces.

5 mins is way too long and turns the choccy to powder. I recommend 2 mins and keep an eye on it.
