    Thermomix Herb and Garlic Dip

    This Thermomix Herb and Garlic Dip can be ready to enjoy in just FIVE minutes! It is perfect to enjoy with veggie sticks, corn chips or your favourite crackers.

    Versatile - a delicious addition to your favourite sandwich or salad roll fillings, plus you can also enjoy this creamy dip with veggie sticks or crackers.

    Ingredients

    • Garlic clove - you can use ¼ teaspoon of minced garlic instead.
    • Spring onions
    • Parsley - either flat leaf or curly parsley can be used
    • Cream cheese
    • Natural yoghurt

    Step by Step Instructions to make Herb and Garlic Dip in a Thermomix:

    Step 1. Add the parsley, spring onions and garlic to the Thermomix bowl and mix well to chop into small pieces.

    Step 2. Add the cream cheese and natural yoghurt.

    Step 3. Mix to combine.

    Step 4. Transfer the dip from the Thermomix to a serving bowl and enjoy!

    Recipe Hints and Tips

    For a more intense garlic flavour, use two cloves of garlic.

    Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before making this recipe, this will assist it to combine more easily with the other ingredients.

    Serve this Thermomix Herb and Garlic dip immediately. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.

    This recipe is not freezer friendly.

    Equipment

    • Thermomix
    • Spatula

    Ingredients

    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 spring onions
    • 8 sprigs parsley fresh, no stems.
    • 250 grams cream cheese
    • 30 grams natural yoghurt
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • Place the garlic clove, spring onion pieces and parsley into the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 3 seconds, Speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 3 seconds, See 5.
    • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the cream cheese and natural yoghurt.
    • Mix for 12 seconds, Speed 4.
    • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 10 seconds, Speed 4.
    • Transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately or cover and place into the fridge until required.

    Notes
