Tips for Making the BEST Thermomix Chocolate Brownies:

    • It’s important not to overcook this recipe, otherwise you won’t get a soft and fudgey brownie.
    • As tempting as it is, make sure you let the brownie cool completely in the baking tin before cutting, as this helps it to set.
    • If you don’t have any cocoa, you can also use cacao, this will give your brownies a richer flavour.
    • You can ice the brownies with a simple chocolate icing (recipe here) or leave plain.
    • These brownies are freezer friendly.

    How to Serve:

Our Chocolate Brownies can be served on it's own, sprinkled with a little icing sugar, with cream and berries, a scoop of ice-cream... however you like! Oooh did I mention that a drizzle of homemade salted caramel sauce over the top is super yummy too!

      Hi there,
You refer to milk in the method of the recipe but it is not listed in the ingredients.
I added enough to get the right consistency but am interested in what measurement you used.
      Thanks ?

Hi Bree, no there's no milk in this recipe (I think you might be confused with where it says 'milk chocolate chips'). xx
