Thermomix Caramel Custard

Our 1 step Thermomix Caramel Custard is the perfect dessert all on it's own... or drizzle it over your favourite pudding or cake for a decadent treat!

  • 3 eggs
  • 600 g full fat milk
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 45 g butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 25 g cornflour
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook on Speed 4, 90 degrees, 8 minutes. 

  2. Serve with an extra sprinkling of sea salt (optional). 

Recipe Notes

This custard can be frozen in individual airtight containers for up to 1 month. 

You can completely omit the sea salt if you prefer. 

The custard will thicken as it cools.
