Place the choc ripple biscuits, Peppermint Crisp bar, Cherry Ripe bar and coconut into the Thermomix bowl. Crush for 10 seconds, Speed 8.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix for 10 seconds, Speed 3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and coat in the extra coconut. Note: if your mixture is too soft to roll into balls, add a little extra coconut and mix again.

RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Use Arnott's choc ripple biscuits for the best results.
You can use a combination of Peppermint Crisp and Cherry Ripe bars, or use just one variety.
For a stronger flavour use 2 of each variety of bars (4 in total).
If your mixture is too soft, add a little extra coconut and mix through.
For best results, use full fat (not light or skim) sweetened condensed milk.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
