Ingredients

  • 300 grams coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric latte mix
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all of your ingredients into your Thermomix bowl and blitz for 2 minutes, speed 9 to combine.
  • Transfer to glass or smoothie cup and enjoy!

Notes

You can use fresh or frozen bananas for this recipe.
You can also add collagen to this recipe.
