Thermomix Banana and Cinnamon Smoothie

This Thermomix Banana and Cinnamon Smoothie recipe is perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams milk - you can use your choice of milk
  • 1 banana - frozen if possible and cut into 2cm pieces
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Place all of your ingredients into your Themomix bowl and blitz for 2 minutes, speed 8.
  • Serve immediately

Notes

If possible, use a frozen banana which has been sliced into small pieces for this recipe. It will still work with a fresh banana however.
