- 250 g milk any type of milk
- 4 ice-cubes
- 100 g frozen banana chopped
- 50 g frozen strawberries sliced
- 10 g rolled oats or quick oats
RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
- Slice or roughly chop the banana before freezing (this helps with blending).
- Using frozen banana gives this smoothie it's thick and creamy texture.
- You can use fresh banana, however, it won't have the same texture.
- Fresh or frozen strawberries can be used.
- This recipe can be doubled or tripled (just ensure you don't exceed the MAX line).
- Serve the smoothie immediately.
- Add a scoop of your favourite protein powder for an extra boost!
