Place the plain sweet biscuits into the Thermomix bowl. Crush on Turbo for 10 seconds or until the biscuits resemble fine crumbs.
Add the cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Mix for 20 seconds, Reverse, Speed 3, seconds or until well combined (you may need to scrape the bowl down halfway through mixing).
Roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls.
Roll in the extra coconut to coat. Chill in the fridge.

RECIPE TIPS
Use full fat sweetened condensed milk – skim condensed milk does not set as firm as full fat sweetened condensed milk
Cocoa powder – you can substitute this for cacao powder or Milo (malted milk powder).
