- 50 grams banana frozen
- 100 grams mango frozen
- 50 grams ice cubes
- 230 grams milk (your choice)
Slice the frozen banana and mango into 2 cm pieces.
Add the remaining ingredients to Thermomix bowl and blitz for 2 minutes on speed 9.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
- We recommend using frozen banana and mango pieces as this helps to give the smoothie a creamy consistency.
- If using fresh mango and/or banana, you will need to add extra ice cubes to cool the smoothie.
- This recipe can be doubled, the time it takes to mix the smoothie may increase.
- Leftover smoothie can be frozen into icy-pole moulds.
