Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango (cut into chunks)
  • 3 tbs yoghurt
  • *fresh fruit , muesli, coconut, chia seeds, chopped nuts to serve

Instructions

  • Add the frozen banana, frozen mango and yoghurt to your Thermomix bowl.
  • Mix on Speed 7 for 10 seconds.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat a further 2-3 times or until your banana/mango mix is smooth and creamy.
  • Use the spatula to place the fruit mix into a bowl.
  • Add your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
