Equipment

  • Thermomix

Ingredients

  • 200g grams chocolate Tim Tam biscuits
  • 200 grams sweetened condensed milk See Notes
  • 50 grams cocoa powder Or Milo to roll

Instructions

  • Place the chocolate Tim Tams and 200g of sweetened condensed milk into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 5 seconds, on speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again for a further 5 seconds or until the mixture comes together (see notes).
  • Roll into balls and toss in the cocoa powder/Milo to coat. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • The trick to these Thermomix Chocolate Tim Tam Balls is to make sure you add only 200g of the sweetened condensed milk at the beginning and then add more only if the mixture is too dry.
  • If your mixture is too crumbly to roll into balls, add another 50-100g of sweetened condensed milk and mix for a further 5-10 seconds. The mixture should easily roll into firm balls (but also not be too sloppy).
  • If your mixture is too wet, place into the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  • Any flavour of Tim Tams can be used.
  • You can coat these balls in Milo or desiccated coconut if you prefer.
  • Store in the fridge and consume within one week.
