- 500 grams white chocolate
- 395 grams sweetened condensed milk

Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper, making sure to leave some paper hanging over the edges.
Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in the Thermomix bowl.
Add the condensed milk and cook for 10 minutes, 100 degrees on speed 3.
Add the Oreo (reserve ½ cup if you wish to sprinkle some over the top as well) and mix for 20 seconds on reverse, speed 1.
Working quickly, pour the fudge into the prepared pan and place in the fridge for 9 hours (preferably overnight) to set.
Remove fudge from the fridge and cut into small pieces.
- I strongly recommend using a good quality white chocolate for this recipe, I use Cadbury or Lindt.
- Please follow your machine's instructions for cooking at high temperatures for this recipe.
- Use full fat sweetened condensed milk for this recipe as the light/no fat alternatives will not set as well.
- This fudge will begin to set quickly, make sure your baking dish is lined and ready before starting the recipe.
- Different sized tins can be used, however the depth of the fudge will differ.
