15gagave syrup(honey or rice malt syrup could also be used)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
10gcacao powderor cocoa powder
130graw almonds
60gcacao nibsor dark chocolate nibs
Instructions
Place the dates, agave syrup, vanilla extract and cacao powder into the Thermomix. Mix on Speed 6, 10 seconds or until the mixture resembles a paste.
Add in the almonds and mix on Speed 8 until your desired texture is achieved.*If the mixture is too dry, add an extra tablespoon of agave syrup (or honey/rice malt syrup).
Add in the cacao nibs and mix on Reverse, 10 seconds, Speed 3.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls.
