Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius (fan-forced) and line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
Break the Tim Tams in half and chop for 2 seconds, Speed 4. If you want smaller chunks, mix for a further 3 seconds.
Add the self raising flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, coconut and sweetened condensed milk and mix for 10 seconds, REVERSE, Speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 10 seconds, REVERSE, Speed 4. If your mixture hasn't quite combined, mix for a further 5 - 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into your prepared tin (don't worry, it will be VERY sticky!) and smooth the surface with a spoon.
Place the slice into the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Allow the slice to cool completely before cutting into small pieces.

RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Tim Tams are a popular Australian chocolate coated biscuit. You can use any flavour you like.
If you're in the UK, you can substitute the Tim Tams for Penguin biscuits instead.
Either desiccated or shredded coconut can be used.
Ensure you grease and line your baking tin with baking paper before using. This allows for easy removal of the slice once it's baked.
Allow the slice to cool before cutting into pieces.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
