Working quickly, pour the fudge into the prepared baking tray and chill in the fridge for 6 hours (preferably overnight), before cutting into pieces.
RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Use full fat sweetened condensed milk (not skim sweetened condensed milk). This sets firmer and has a better texture and flavour.
Use a good quality chocolate (such as Cadbury, Nestle or Lindt).
Have your tin prepped before starting (greased and lined). This allows you to quickly pour the fudge in before it starts to set.
Allow the fudge to set in the fridge for 6 hours (preferably overnight) before cutting into pieces.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Note: This is a soft fudge and needs to be kept in the fridge.
