Thaw the blueberries! I repeat, thaw the blueberries! This is not a drill! I broke a wooden spoon trying to scoop the batter out, the usual spatula just would not shift it ?

I’ve just made this and my batter is really hard, there was no “pouring” into the tin, more like scraping and squishing it into the tin. Could that be because I used frozen berries and they made the butter harden? I’ve just put it in the oven so fingers crossed it works ?
