Smoothies are one of my favourite things to make in the Thermomix. They're quick, easy, healthy, great for a grab-and-go breakfast and perfect for re-energising little kids!

I like a combo of orange or mango, spinach, cucumber, green apple and frozen banana. If it's cool, I will post the recipe! Green smoothies are the best!

I'm a big fan of smoothies and usually have a green one every second day, also love berries and am working on a beetroot one at the moment. I've been using some matcha in my green ones too for a big boost - it works! My eldest is getting a bit more adventurous at trying them.

Thanks for mentioning my post! I love that rainbow smoothies/juices post. It's the best. The smoothie with Chia seeds makes an awesome pudding too if you want to set it in cups overnight. Yum.
